PTT is Türkiye's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Posta Hizmetleri Kanunu No. 6475 (Postal Services Law) and its implementing regulations. This module names the scheme, names the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), and the Consumer Arbitration Committees, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
