Japan Post is Japan's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Postal Act (Act No. 165 of 1947) and Japan Post's service terms. This module names the scheme, names the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
