What this regime says.

India Post is India's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Post Office Act 2023 and the Department of Posts rules and compensation schedule. This module names the scheme, names the Department of Posts public grievance system, and the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
