Posta Kenya is Kenya's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Postal Corporation of Kenya Act and the Kenya Information and Communications Act. This module names the scheme, names the Communications Authority of Kenya, and the Competition Authority of Kenya for the consumer complaint, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
