In plain language
What this regime says.
Posta Kenya is Kenya's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Postal Corporation of Kenya Act and the Kenya Information and Communications Act. This module names the scheme, names the Communications Authority of Kenya, and the Competition Authority of Kenya for the consumer complaint, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
Who is covered
Senders and, where the operator's terms allow, addressees of items carried by Posta Kenya.
What you get
Compensation under the postal rules and a regulator complaint route. We state no figures.
Where claims go wrong
- Not escalating beyond the counter. The Communications Authority supervises postal services.

Sources
Where a figure is indexed, converted or published by a regulator rather than fixed in the instrument, the provenance is recorded separately. Anything marked as a modelled estimate is exactly that — a model, not a statutory number.
