What this regime says.

Correios is Brazil's designated postal operator and publishes a compensation scheme made under Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Lei nº 8.078/1990, and the Correios service regulations. This module names the scheme, names ANATEL for postal supervision, Procon and the consumidor.gov.br platform, and lists exactly which figures to go and check — it states none, because a claimant sent to demand an amount we guessed is worse off than one told where to look.
